Development Executive – Private Clients

Job Description
  • Direct report to Head of Private Clients and opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of Private Client advisors
  • Eligibility to join the Company annual sales bonus plan
  • Build technical competency and knowledge of Private Clients insurance marketplace
  • Responsibility for delivering a personal Private Clients new business plan
  • Communicating and capturing the value that our Private Client team brings to our clients
  • Build and maintain business relationships with prospective clients and trading partners
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate new prospective relationships and position Broadway to win the work
  • Together with other Broadway subject matter experts, uncover and identify prospect needs, primary goals
  • Establish personal credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally
