Development Executive – Private Clients
Job Description
- Direct report to Head of Private Clients and opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of Private Client advisors
- Eligibility to join the Company annual sales bonus plan
- Build technical competency and knowledge of Private Clients insurance marketplace
- Responsibility for delivering a personal Private Clients new business plan
- Communicating and capturing the value that our Private Client team brings to our clients
- Build and maintain business relationships with prospective clients and trading partners
- Identify, develop, and cultivate new prospective relationships and position Broadway to win the work
- Together with other Broadway subject matter experts, uncover and identify prospect needs, primary goals
- Establish personal credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally

Remuneration
