Development Executive – Corporate

Job Description
  • Direct report to Head of Corporate
  • Eligibility to join the Company annual sales bonus plan
  • Responsibility for delivering new business plan
  • Communicating and capturing the value that Broadway brings to our clients
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate new prospective clients and position Broadway to win the work
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current trends
  • Together with other Broadway subject matter experts, uncover and identify prospect needs and primary goals
  • Build and maintain business relationships with prospective clients and trading partners
  • Establish personal credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally
  • Demonstrate technical competency and knowledge of the UK corporate retail insurance marketplace
